March/April Wrap Up

In my continued quest to overload myself with media this year, it's time to look back on the last two months and see how I fared.  I'm sure you may have noticed a new counter at the bottom of my blog posts detailing just how these challenges are going. Or maybe you saw my twitter feed with a few short reviews of the films as I watch them.  Maybe you've seen my Goodreads page and how I'm constantly jumping from one book to the next without ever finishing one. Well now that it's May, it's time to see just how much I have finished. So without further ado, here we go.

  1. Romeo & Juliet - William Shakespeare
  2. Illuminae - Amie Kaufman & Jay Kristoff
  3. The Willpower Instinct: How Self-Control Works, Why It Matters, and What You Can Do to Get More of It - Kelly McGonigal
  4. Night - Elie Wiesel
  1. Kick Ass 2 (2013)
  2. Black Panther (2018)
  3. Love, Simon (2018)
  4. A Wrinkle In Time (2018)
  5. The Maze Runner (2014)
  6. Ready Player One (2018)
  7. Kill Bill Vol. 2 (2004)

I clearly didn't get through as much in the past two months due to working full time, performing in "Rock of Ages," and directing "Romeo & Julius." Though, I've at least made a little progress. Besides, now that all of my other projects are done for the time being, I have plenty of time to spend on myself and this challenge. I'm behind right now, but I expect to get ahead of the game over the summer.
